You may return or exchange a product purchased from our website if the following conditions are met:

• The product must be intact and in the same condition in which it was received.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and unaltered.
• The product must meet all the requirements and conditions outlined in this Return & Exchange Policy.

Return & Exchange Process

Our team is ready to assist you if you wish to return or exchange a product after purchase.

To submit a return or exchange request, the following conditions must be met:

• The request must be submitted within three days of receiving the product.
• The product must remain intact and in its original condition.
• The product must not be opened, used, or damaged, and the original manufacturer packaging must remain intact.
• The product box and packaging must be kept in good condition to ensure the product remains protected during return shipping.
• All purchased products may be returned, provided they are sealed and in their original packaging.
• Fragrance oils and concentrated perfume oils (Dahn) are not eligible for return or exchange.
• The product's codes and serial numbers must not be tampered with or damaged and must remain in their original condition.
• Shipping and delivery fees will be deducted from the refund amount, including orders that were originally eligible for free shipping.
• Products that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy will be rejected for return or exchange and will be shipped back to the customer, with the customer responsible for the applicable shipping fees.

Cancellation of Return & Exchange Requests

The store reserves the right to cancel a return or exchange request in the following cases:

• Electronic payment is declined.
• There is an incorrect delivery address or incorrect contact information.
• The requested product is unavailable at the time the order is placed.
